Relevant (significant) experience

  • Contesting in the higher tax authority and in arbitration courts of several instances of the results of the on-site tax inspection of the company - the owner of the warehouse. As a result, the accrued sums of the tax have been reduced from 12.9 million rubles to 6.06 million rubles.
  • Appealing the resolution upon the on-site tax inspection to the higher tax authority and to the arbitration court. As a result, the additional property tax charges in the amount of over 28 million rubles, justified by qualification of the property as immovable, have been completely withdrawn
  • Legal support of the on-site tax audit of the company engaged in the wholesale of perfumery and cosmetic products, as well as appealing the results of the audit to the higher tax authority and to the court. As a result of her work, the amount of the additional charges has been reduced from 242.5 to 27.5 million rubles.
  • Legal support of the VAT refund procedure from the state budget: verification of documents for filing the revised declaration, support of the desk audit. As a result, the amount of VAT in the amount of 98.3 million rubles has been refunded in full
