  • Supporting one of the largest international automakers during selling assets to a Russian partner, liquidating structural divisions in the Russian Federation and receiving payments by shareholders taking into account restrictive (counter-sanctions) measures
  • Challenging the series of transactions concluded with the large Russian development company in arbitration courts of several instances
