Chapter 1. “International Financial Law: a Complete System or a set of Regimes?” was written by Ilya Lifshits, Senior Partner at EDAS Law Bureau.

This monograph is the result of the work of the main participants and speakers of the All-Russian Conference with international participation “Actual problems of Teaching International Financial Law”, which was held at MGIMO on October 27, 2022. The conference was organized by the Faculty of International Law as part of the Priority 2030 development program. During the discussions, leading experts from various Russian law schools expressed their opinions on the teaching methodology and content of the discipline “International Financial Law” at the master’s level in modern conditions.
