Website “Pravo.ru” has published the results of a research of bankruptcy cases for 2021. The team of the EDAS Law Bureau has been recognized by the research on several criteria in disputes about subsidiary liability:

• among the leaders in the amount of the dispute,
• among federal-level companies with a significant average amount of subsidiary liability dispute,
• companies that participate in the most expensive subsidiary cases (5^th place),
• boutique practices (2 group).
